Dr Lexi is such a caring and extremely thorough Paediatrician - she is definitely worth the wait. Reception staff are helpful and will offer an earlier appointment if available, and the clinic itself is excellent. Parking is not an issue (just check clearway times!)
One of the worst experience ever. I came out of the appointment crying because I felt so disrespected. Dr. Shaamini didn’t even try to listen to me and kept interrupting me in the middle of my sentence. When I was trying to talk my mum, whose English is poor, the doctor kept interrupting and asking what my mum said. I will obviously pass on her concern if necessary and not needing to translate every word she said. Also, I did not felt helped in anyway during the appointment. It was not worth the time and the money I spent.
The place to be if you have a child with epilepsy. The best all round experience in terms of clinic, doctor , staff and overall health of the child. Every aspect is attended and thought about. What would I do without Prof Scheffer's counsel.
