There are a bunch of incompetent staff and liars there, the clinic needs to be audited by whoever does that as the Africans there are more interested in making money not quality services offered.

HORRIBLE STAFF! I’ve been going to Victorian medical care for some years now. It’s this one particular lady her name is Tracy that answers the phone she put you on hold for a long time 20, 30 over an hour. Do not come back to the phone and answer and do not return phone calls then she act like you the cause of the problem and then she also gets her other coworkers involved in the situation and they act nasty as well. This place is a disgrace to the medical industry. I don't know how the doctor still has his practice. They don't answer calls during office hours, if they do they leave you on hold forever. I called from another line they answered and asked how could they help me. It's feeling like a family scam situation they do the bare minimum to get paid. Not worth putting your life in their hands.
