Victorian Cardiovascular Services provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The reception staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, immediately putting patients at ease upon arrival. Both the Doctors and Cardiac Sonographers demonstrate the highest level of professionalism while remaining genuinely personable and attentive throughout the appointment. Additionally, the clinic's location is highly convenient, offering plenty of free street parking right outside with accommodating two and four-hour limits.
I brought my mum in for a stress ECHO today. Unfortunately, I was not informed beforehand that the procedure was not bulk-billed until we arrived for the appointment. At that point, cancelling was not really an option because a cancellation fee would still apply. Although the receptionist kindly reduced the out-of-pocket gap fee from $198.6 to $68.6, I still found the situation quite unacceptable due to the lack of informed financial consent prior to the appointment.
