Amy was such an incredible nurse for me... i cannot overstate that enough. She is smart and empathetic. She talked me through my surgery, didn;t make me feel pressured and spoke with such kindness and knowledge and not rushed. I would reccomend to everyone my life has been changed for the better!!!!

Thank you Francis and your team for a great operation and a great outcome. Your Practice Manager Kim & staff at your clinic at Knox Private have always been there to answer any of my queries. My replacement hip has given me no pain or concern, and at week 8 post-op I am feeling terrific, and am able to do whatever I want to do. BIG THANK YOU!!

After a workplace accident which resulted in a fractured wrist I was referred to Jarrad Stevens. I was seen to promptly, my operation was scheduled asap and very happy with every single step of the procedure. I cannot talk highly enough of his staff as well, they go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable. They have been very personable and helped so much with admin details needed for other parties.

An appointment with Dr Jarrad Stevens was the best experience I have had with a specialist in a very long time. Not only was he personable and professional, his knowledge, advice and explanation of exactly what the issue was and what was required was exceptional. I feel very confident to move forward with surgery in the future with Dr Stevens.

I contacted VB&JS after a poor experience elsewhere and secured an appointment with Dr Michael O’Brien within a couple of weeks, he completed my knee surgery shortly after that which has healed well and I’m now in the physio stage, both Michael, Dani and the team have been great to deal with.
