We placed an order for a brand new ACDelco battery, expecting exactly what we paid for. Instead, what we received was a PMFLN3-AGM Predator battery—a completely different product, one that is suspiciously overpriced. To make matters worse, upon inspection of the battery, we noticed clear signs of prior use. The terminals showed obvious wear, and the housing had visible scuff marks — all signs pointing to the fact that this battery was not new, despite being sold to us as such. ⸻ 1 star I feel completely misled by this business. I originally called them saying I wanted to bring my car to their store to have the battery checked — that was my plan. But the person on the phone said, “There’s already a technician in your area , the person can be at your place in 30 minutes.” the person made it sound like a convenient alternative, so I agreed.
