We placed an order for a brand new ACDelco battery, expecting exactly what we paid for. Instead, what we received was a PMFLN3-AGM Predator battery—a completely different product, one that is suspiciously overpriced. To make matters worse, upon inspection of the battery, we noticed clear signs of prior use. The terminals showed obvious wear, and the housing had visible scuff marks — all signs pointing to the fact that this battery was not new, despite being sold to us as such.
