I had so many issues with my shower rebuild done by VBC. They did extra work without notifying me first, and slapped an extra $600 to the original quote. They also accidentally added a duplicate charge, which I only caught because I checked carefully. There were problems on the work too. We discovered a crack underneith our shower base and knew that we needed to fix it soon. After doing a lot of research (as this was our first reno) we decided to go ahead with Victorian Bathroom Company. It was a relief to be working with Jamie and Tommy who really know their stuff and are such hard workers. The best thing was how I didn't have to worry, knowing it will be done properly. Very happy with the results!
