Very disappointing experience. Communication was terrible; we were told we would be contacted but had to chase them ourselves multiple times just to get an update. When we picked up the car, we were told it failed the roadworthy but no written report was provided, even after asking. Instead, we were given a very expensive repair quote that felt excessive. Had an absolutely great experience with this place. Frank helped me out where other places would not. Could not recommend this place enough. Very well priced and great job as well. I am taking my car to these guys from heron-after.
Absolute lifesavers. Car completely died, they organised the tow, diagnosed it properly, replaced the battery and did a full service without any muck-around. Straight to the point, honest about what was needed, no bullshit upselling. Car was ready quick, runs perfectly now, and the whole process was smooth as hell considering I was stranded.
