My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing and far from what the positive reviews suggest. Based on my interaction, I genuinely question the accuracy of those reviews. The lawyer I dealt with was unprofessional, dismissive, and made inappropriate assumptions throughout the conversation. TERRIBLE PLACE! When I called the lady to inquire about services on behalf of my father she was very rude, she rushed me off of the phone and she hung up on me. This was Victoria herself that picked up the phone and you could barely even understand what she was saying since she had a very strong accent and she didn’t allow me to even explain my situation. Very bad customer service and attitude. I do not recommend this place at all, save yourself the trouble and your money.
This past year Victoria Xu law helped me with the sale of my home and everything went perfect at a fair price. I also recently had Victoria help me with our new home purchase and again everything was perfect. Either Victoria or Philip pick up the phone and respond to emails very efficiently.
