I've lived in this park for over 10 years now. It's a nice and quiet park. The most affordable place around! The managers are great and friendly! Neighbors are pretty good about keeping noise down after hours. I love that the park is next to the on ramp for midland and baycity/ I75. And right across the street from meiskies store. Kids and I like to walk there in the summer time. The area is bay city schools, auburn elementary and western are right down the road, but if preference is midland, there is school of choice!
