Today is our 21st wedding anniversary and my husband wanted to buy flowers for me to celebrate as he had done last year at this store. We checked the website which said the store opened at 9am. We arrived just before 10am to the Armadale store. When we entered we were not greeted, rather the shop assistant raised his voice from the other side of the store to say "stores closed" in a very dismissive and rude tone. Very disappointed with my recent order as well as the lack of interest & follow up by management. Past experiences with V.W. have been great but am now unsure I will recommend them or return. In the past the arrangements were pricy but spectacular, creative & high quality, therefore worth paying more, but his was not the experience this week. Last Monday I ordered a ‘Pink delight’ bouquet as a birthday gift. $217.00 including delivery across two suburbs ($180.00 bouquet). I could have gone to Coles for fresher flowers. When ... read more

I ordered some flowers to be delivered for a friend’s very special birthday. They never got delivered. I went in store to tell them and was told “this never happens”. They offered no explanation but said they would send something extra special the next day and I was told on two occasions that Victoria would like to call me to apologise directly and see how we could fix things. Getting the flowers delivered was stressful even though the address provided was correct and the calls received from the florist were rude. I will not be using this florist again.
