27th July 2026, just bought a single rose today, received the best serverice from a young lady, Just earned a regular customer from here on, EXCEPTIONAL!!
A huge thank you to Victoria Whitelaw and her incredible team for coming to the rescue with a last-minute event request. The florals and candles were absolutely beautiful, delivered within an incredibly tight timeframe, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Absolutely amazing experience. Their customer service, professionalism, and care were truly outstanding. I have chosen them many times over the years because they consistently provide top-of-the-range service with beautiful, premium-quality flowers, and once again they exceeded expectations. Always ask for the price. I paid $76 for 9 tulips….didn’t realise the shake down until I got home….
The bouquet was beautiful and well arranged, but the price was incredibly high. $285 for 8 roses, two chrysanthemums, and two blue hydrangeas feels excessive. Perhaps part of the cost was due to the box arrangement. I didn’t ask about the price beforehand, and when the bouquet was ready I paid quickly, but I was honestly in absolute shock at how expensive it was.
