I bought peonies from Victoria Whitelaw back in November and they started wilting in less than 24 hours. I reached out to share feedback at the time but never heard back from them, which is why I’m leaving this review. For the price I paid and for a luxury florist, I expected better quality flowers that would last longer. It was disappointing to see them wilt so quickly and then to receive no response or follow-up. Very rude staff member on duty in South Yarra today. A real turnoff. Also the business seems to have some problems as I called earlier to reserve a Christmas bouquet for pick up from their Armadale store, spoke to Victoria over the phone, thought everything would be ready only to find that when I arrived on high street Armadale… there is no store there anymore. Not sure if my call was a case of Phishing but overalll a very weird experience.
I’m from Perth and ordered these flowers online for someone that lives locally and she was very happy with them. I’m pleased with my purchase and can happily recommend.
