Who in the world would give this lady a promation!! This woman is a theif a list a con artist and embezzles money from the tenats and owners This woman tells the owners she needs appliances for the houses but takes them to her house and puts old stuff that does not work in the houses. As a residents of Victoria Village for the past 7 years, my family and I have seen management come and go. The last manager named Leah did not do what she was hired to do. She did not care what the residents had to say or listen to their complaints. Repairs were not done and even if they were done it was not to the residents satisfactions. Those days are over. I went through the park the grass is so HIGH you can barley see the trailers then to top it off there was this guy talking to me when i asked him about the community he said he just moved in a month ago after getting out of prison for murder ? ? ? ? really no not a family community at all the manager seems to not be very qualified at all very rude and don't work in office but out of one of the trailers very very trashy place would not allow my cat to stay there ! ! ! ! !
HELL ON EARTH – Property manager is horrible. She has been notified countless times within the past 6 months about BLACK MOLD in the shower and continues to choose not to fix anything whatsoever. There are VERY HAZARDOUS TREES on the property (she has been notified of this also) but she purposely cuts down healthy non-hazardous trees I guess to prove a point. She is quick to slap on late fees even if you pay rent on time. Just when you thought that was bad...she will come into your home without informing you just to "snoop" ... read more
