They posion stray animals disgusting place to live
This place is poisoning innocent cats! There is a feral colony there and despite efforts to offer to have them all altered they refuse to budge and want them all gone.
mgmt..SUCKS! Nothing gets repaired. Mgmt will lie to you. Garbage cans not emptied.. .real health issue. A/C repairs are a joke! Mgmt. rides in their vehicles up and down streets where they should be in the office. Mgmt tries to get into personal business with renters that have nothing to do with living at Victoria Village. When getting trailers ready for new renters, maintenance would ask other neighbors to use their electricity and water...very illegal.
Does not care about the peoples needs at all
This place is a joke they don't fix anything you ask them to fix and when it rains your yard looks like a lake
This place needs multiple repairs to multiple homes. Playground should be completely fenced but isn't. Lots of stray cats. Flooded in areas making little creeks. Trees should be pruned, rooftops on some units need to be swept off as that is a fire hazard.
We have lived in Victoria Village for about 6 months now. Its a very quiet community. The management is great and easy to communicate with. Repairs may take a little longer than normal because they have a small staff, but they do the best they can. Some of the neighborhood kids have a tendency to not respect property lines and go in our yard. They also were caught in our pool several times. Overall, the experience has been a good one.
