This organization claims to trap and neutor and spay and then release them where they caught them, well I emailed them, called them and left them a message on Facebook, a lady called me back this morning and said they don't have the funds to do that. They loan us the cages and we have to pay for the cats to get spayed and neutered. That's false advertisement. I can't afford that.
