I have noticed an image on the website which does not belong to Victoria Tiling, now I am doubting if any of them do. I know this to be true because I personally took the photo myself… I’ve seen their lowest reviews and they seem the most legit out of all of them. Any business that allows images to be used and passes it as their own work is a massive red flag, they have it all of Google. Completely wasted my time regarding quote and the job. Wanted me to pay 50% upfront which I agreed and he still messed me around.
Very disappointed that our balcony remains with unfinished siliconing work. We were told he would be returning to complete the siliconing after we painted an exterior wall, which I did within a week. We attempted to reach out multiple times in the last month and we were either ignored or told that he will be coming, in which he never showed up or even reached out to let us know he wouldn’t be coming that day. Simon did an amazing job for a recently completed reno, providing professional service, offering amazing advice and most importantly, being trustworthy. Would definitely use Victoria Tiling & Waterproofing again.
Made two appointments. Didn't show up to either, never got back to us. Not sure what his criteria is, but he sure didn't want our business. Reply to response: It is not a mistake. The phone number on this listing is in both mine and my husband's phone and text message history.
