We enjoy the classic film series so much. However, last night there was some fool sitting down front that would not get off his cell phone...after about 10 minutes I found and usher that talked to him....well, about 45 minutes later he is on the phone again (talking, taking photos, ect ) So I hunt for an usher again and it is the same drill. My concern is that the ushers need to be attentive to the audience for any number of reasons. Ongoing basic observation can quickly address such issues as it should not be up to the patr... read more
It is a great idea to have the old movies back on the big screen. The theater is just as beautiful as ever!
I love the Victoria and the Schuster Center. Some of my fondest memories in Dayton have been made at these establishments. I have had the great privilege and fortune of seeing all kinds of entertainment there. Music concerts, plays, movies, The Philharmonic Rockin' series, Mid-Day arts cafe, Muse machine performances, The Nutcracker, and on and on. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
