720 Saint-Jacques, Montréal unite 1606 Le panneau de contrôle du système de climatisation / chauffage central de l’immeuble affiche un message d’erreur. Cela fait maintenant près d’une semaine que je suis en contact avec la gestion de l’immeuble. On m’a indiqué que des techniciens se sont rendus sur place à plusieurs reprises pour vérifier la situation, mais que le problème n’a toujours pas été résolu. I own several properties in Montréal from various developers, and this building stands out as the best by far. Its prime location, indoor subway access, extensive amenities, beautifully designed lobby, and high-quality suite finishes truly set it apart from the rest. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience.

While the 24/7 doormen, location and building amenities are perks, the units themselves are very poorly constructed. I’ve had to report issues to management every month since move-in, from faulty outlets and jammed door locks, to a leaking AC unit and floorboards lifting. The sound insulation is virtually non-existent. Walls shake when neighbours slam their door shut, you can hear conversations through the walls, heavy footsteps thumping above at all hours, and conversations in the hall as if the doors were open.
