Great service from Dr Rahel, including followup and advice. We’re travelling and we really appreciated his care.
I took my 3 year son for appointment twice with one day apart. 2nd visit was to discuss his blood results. First appointment receptionist bulk billed and 2nd appointment they charged me full fees. When I asked that why it is not bulk billed the receptionist replied that is what it is. I informed her that it is always been bulk billed for children under age 16 as per Victoria Street policy.
