receptionist was surly, combative, and confidently incorrect about referrals and medication specifications in a way that impacted my ability to make an appointment. If the receptionist is indicative of the knowledge and professionalism of any of the other staff in the area, run far away from this business. Terrible, terrible experience.
I am so very impressed with this medical service. Doctor Syed Hussain was incredible- very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. I felt very confident when I left the centre about my next steps. This medical centre is a one stop shop with blood tests available in the same building. The person who did my blood tests was also friendly and skilled. There is bulk billng available at this clinic, which encourages people to attend for preventive and ameliorative health care. Thank you Dr Hussain.
The only reason this clinic isn’t receiving one star is because of the receptionist and nurse. The receptionist is consistently kind, calm and incredibly helpful, despite reception always being extremely busy. The phones are constantly ringing, the waiting room is full, and there’s clearly a lot of pressure, yet she still treats people with patience and genuine care.
