I am always gratified by the super service by staff and doctors at this clinic. They are exceptionally proficient, considerate and industrious - fully equipped for a well run organization. I hope others appreciate their devoted labour as much as I do. And another very satisfying treatment by Dr Nasibi!!
If I could rate it a 0 I WOULD. 12 years ago I was told by the doctor at this clinic to stop having kids which is not his choice but mine only and that is why i stopped going to this clinic. The front desk were mostly all rude from my past experiences as i was their patient for over 9years but im not sure now. During those 9years+ the doctors did take they're time and pay attention to our health but now its different. This place is 100% a money grab. They will charge you for EVERYTHING. Need a doctor's note? $30! I requested a transfer of records to my new family doctor a couple of days ago. They just called me to tell me they had it ready and will send it over to my new doctor after I pay them $40... If you're looking for anything other than a regular visit to the doctor and getting a prescription, be prepared to fork out some ‼️
Had very positive experience so far. Front desk stuff are very nice and always responsive. Dr Shadaei empathetic and listening to concerns, always goes extra step to ensure everything is covered. This clinic may benefit from online booking system, but overall great experience.
