I am extremely disappointed with the management at this building. Recently, my car was towed from the visitor car park after being parked there for just one hour. I had no other option as I was unloading heavy groceries while taking care of my 2-year-old daughter, and there was no available parking in the resident area. The towing has caused a huge inconvenience—I couldn’t take my daughter to childcare, missed work, and now have to pay $700 to retrieve my car. The world's one of the great building
Security guards were very rude. They were thought they are police. I was waiting for my friends who are living in the building to get the car and pick me up. They just verbally kicked me out and let me wait on the street at 1 am. Literally on the main street. Cannot enter the tower’s zone
Fire alarm , fire alam ,FIRE ALARM ,MORE FIRE ALARM.
This building is not recommended. To list some of the larger problems that might not be outwardly visible: - A defective fire alarm system. False alarms and building evacuations are regular, sometimes even multiple times in a night. The frequency is significantly above that of typical apartment living. The false alarms propagate between the towers so an evacuation of the tower next door will become an evacuation of yours ten minutes later.
