Communication with Erik was good. He was flexible. Until he didn't show up to our appointment that he set for us. I needed an early appointment and he offered 7:30AM. An hour later, still no communication back. Utterly disappointed and upset because I woke up early anticipating to get my car engine degreased and now I didn't get a service and woke up early for no reason. And still yet to get an answer back when last night he agreed to see me today, at the same time that we agreed on prior. Which was the 7:30AM.
