What a heinous, horrible, uncaring, despicable human being. I have never in my life heard of a doctor who flat-out tells elderly patients to suck it up and deal with it when they are seeking help for pain and discomfort. Run from this woman, seriously, she is a disgrace to the medical field, grossly incompetent, cruel, and an absolute horror of a human being. Our family intends to submit a board complaint against her and this office for their careless negligence.
Wow, just by the other reviews it’s clear this woman is in the wrong profession. She was rude and negligent with my grandma today and refused to do anything to treat her. She verbatim told her “You are old and uncomfortable and unfortunately you just have to accept that that is how it is”. I cannot IMAGINE getting older and being cast aside by an arrogant, know-it-all doctor as if there isn’t enough stress and pain in an elderly persons life. Avoid at all costs. This provider seems to care more about money than patient health. My husband has been seeing her every six months for a long time. He had to miss one appointment due to work and called to reschedule, but she had no availability. He asked for a prescription refill in the meantime, and instead of helping, she canceled his medications and refused to refill them until she sees him. This left a diabetic patient without necessary medication. Completely irresponsible and dangerous.
I had a great visit with Dr. Ryvkin. She listened to all of my concerns and then we spent close to an hour discussing my symptoms, possible causes and a plan forward that was customized for me. She was very attentive and explaining everything in a way that was easy to follow. I waited 5 months for this appointment and it was well worth it!
Extremely disappointing experience. We waited six months for an appointment with this Victoria ryvkin endocrinologist, originally scheduled for May 7. The office called us and rescheduled it to May 23—with no apology for the inconvenience. Then, on the day of the appointment, due known construction traffic on the way we arrived just 2 minutes past their 10-minute grace period, and were rudely refused service by her medical assistant Abby.
