I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rothwell. The first visit was fine she was nice but after my treatments I had some symptoms coming back and she dismissed me and basically acted I was crazy because there wasn’t enough research on the things I was saying I believe is going on in my body. I guess she also doesn’t take notes on her patients because she referred me to an allergist when I had previously told her I had already been to 2+ allergists and seen an immunologist and they didn’t help me. Very friendly & warm ; good listener
I could I will give Rothwell. Minus 0 She is very unprofessional went off on me when explaining about the medication I was on to treat the problem. She literally said I don't know why you don't understand why you need to start taking this medication. If you have a choice change this pathetic provider.

We continue to have terrible experiences with Victoria Rothwell and her staff. Our adult child was given the standard, "See you in 6 weeks" after told the diagnosis was "possible Crohns" (after endoscopy/colonoscopy same day). Then she/staff finally prescribed full-strength steroids for one month and allowed the prescription to lapse, so s/he couldn't go off them slowly (background... pharmacy said doctor was unresponsive to refill, we called three times to remedy, 5-days later and still no response... called doc on duty and... read more
