I had such a great experience at Sorella. Lauren helped us and was so attentive, understood exactly what I was looking for and was so friendly. The boutique is such a lovely atmosphere - I didn't want to leave! The layout is also great for trying and having family/friends there to see and help you with your choice. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for the special dress.
Such a lovely experience. I was dreading dress shopping as I had absolutely no idea what sort of dress I wanted but Amy was so kind and helpful and I had a lovely time trying on dresses. I never felt pressured to buy on the day and felt comfortable throughout. Thank you so much!!

Visited on 27th with my friend who had already visited a few bridals before and the outlet and feeling very disheartened. The people in the other bridals were lovely but she felt like she was one of so many and all trying on the same dresses - she knew she wanted one just for her that was going to be made from scratch. We called in on the off chance with no appointment and the lady was lovely and allowed my friend to try some dresses on, even though she had other appointments and super busy.
