I saw Dr for the first and only time in August she promised me I was in better hands and told to come back in 6 months after I got test done. In the meantime I had a question and instead of having the doctor call me they made me book an appointment and wait 6 weeks the day before that appointment they canceled it assuming they knew why I was coming in and that it was not important. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of 2022. At that time, I lived in NY. After completing all of my treatment in NY, I moved to Fl., and I used Dr. McKenzie for my oncologist. She was wonderful. However, Dr. McKenzie left, and I was assigned to the new oncologist taking her place, Dr. Victoria Rizk. Her office called me to see if I could arrive 20 minutes earlier than my originally scheduled apt. time and I agreed.
