My daughter is or should I say soon to be was a patient of Ms Jackson. She has Lupus and Ms Jackson has had her on Baclofen for months to control her pain. This brilliant so called doctor decided to take her off the pill and instead gave her a cream to use, without doing any research as to the devastating withdrawals she would experience. They were so bad she was urged to call an ambulance and go to the ER. I love Dr. Jackson. She's down to earth and she acknowledges any concerns you have. What i love the most is that she takes very thorough notes during your visit and she asks follow up questions about prior conditions. She's not like most doctors where they ask questions just to ask. She asks to get a better understanding and to come up with a care plan that is suitable for that specific patient.
Dr. Jackson is one of the sweetest medical professionals I've ever been too. Very caring and comforting, making for an environment I would happily return to.

This was probably the best experience I had with a doctor I felt heard and seen. She covered all of my concerns and gave me solutions that were fit for ME! Not to mention she’s a black doctor for some doesn’t mean much but me being a black woman means a lot.
