I was very impressed with the physical therapist that was working with my sister! Great people skills and getting my sister to strengthen muscles.
Victoria Post Acute appears to be well managed. There is always a lot of staff. I felt my mom was medically well cared for. It may seem run down, but it is bright and airy. The AC works well, but they also allow a lot of fresh air to flow. The staff is highly approachable and helpful and caring. The Case manager was available by phone or text and the communication was great. I’ve had family at other places and Victoria exceeded those experiences.
My brother is currently at Victoria Post Acute Care. It is always clean, iit never smells bad. The staff is friendly, caring and efficient. My brother couldn't be at a better facility. Thank you all.
Pretty good SNF. Clean, smells fresh, clients seem happy and engaged.
