Great doctor actually listens when you talk and doesn't seem rushed
I am new to North Carolina and had difficulty even getting an appointment with a Doctor. Most offices just pass you off to a PA. I don't mind seeing a PA in some cases, but at my age I really want a Doctor. Dr Poole has a great bedside manner and always takes my own thoughts on my body in to consideration when making a plan for my health. I never feel rushed, and she listens to all of my concerns. She is kind and empathetic.
So far so good! I had my first appointment with Dr. Poole and I should say, I am really surprised and happy. It has been so long since a docteur took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Dr. Poole was extremely thorough with her questions regarding my health, and offered several choices to things I could do. She was very respectful and didn't rush me as many doctors have a tendency to do now. She uses a low tone, speaks clearly and does not hesitate to explain more in depth when necessary.
