Dr Ross and the team at Victoria Point Vet Hospital showed such care and empathy to our little girl, Dottie, and our family during one of the most difficult times — saying goodbye. Their compassion, understanding, and gentle support helped us through a heartbreaking moment, and we will always be grateful for the kindness they extended to both Dottie and us.
These folks were very helpful and their Receptionist is just AWESOME!
Honestly my cat recieved the worst ever treatment, she almost crossed over from there surgery..she had infection from at cat fight..she came out a complete mess with unprofessional Surgery..we had to rush her to another vet there in Victoria point to save her life..the vet said that her surgery was not necessary....so apparently if you sign a contract with them the vets are able to do anything they want...I thought it was going to be a quick sedation and clean up.. my poor cat had half her thigh removed..kept in over night b... read more
I can’t thank Dr Ross and the team enough for the amazing care they’ve given my two dogs. From the very first visit, Ross was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand and made both my pups (and myself) feel completely at ease.
