Living on 8 acres I need my machinery in top working order. Nothing is a problem for Luke and his wife. Excellent service, excellent product knowledge and they always take the time to carefully explain things. I always enjoy going in there and I'm extremely well looked after. I made the mistake of going elsewhere for a ride on mower and experienced the dodgy side of this industry's sales and service. I won't go anywhere else again. 10/10 for Victoria Point Mower Centre. My father in law took his huskie chain saw in to get a blade change and chain and he went in trusting they would have a look 2 weeks later he came back and they had a different saw and the saw they tried saying was his had motor damage and the actual saw he had, had very little hours on maybe 3 hours at best and here's a old over used damaged chainsaw. The customer servicE was appalling. Don't take your equipment there it will be stolen or replaced with someone else's order. 0 stars if I could
Went in to buy a new mower because I was told by another mower shop that our Honda mower couldn’t be repaired. They told me to bring it down just to double check. They fixed our mower for $130 now runs like new saved $1600 on a new replacement mower. Thanks Guys.
With very helpful and friendly staff who have a wealth of knowledge. Small motor mechanics that know their trade. With a very professional hands on approach. Service and parts that represent great value.
Tried calling these guys several times over the last week, during biz hours, and keep getting the "our office is currently unattended" message, then hangs up. Been trying to get my Hustler back there to fix the same issue as was repaired last time, but seems they cant answer pbones and only work school hours. Try elsewhere folks
