Today I visited with my fear aggressive doggie for his vaccinations. It’s an appointment I’ve been so nervous for. From the very start the staff were so friendly, welcoming and incredibly kind. They treated both myself and my dog with so much care and compassion. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone. I would especially like to thank the veterinarian Freya and the nurse on reception whose name I cannot recall. Amazing work 🩷

Though today was a very sad day for us, Putting our beloved cat to sleep. I would like to thank the staff for being very considerate and understanding, especially the female vet ( sorry I didn't get your name) You explained everything and you were very kind. Thankyou so much for that.
Staff are always friendly, compassionate, and accommodating to both me and my cats, and the prices have always been very reasonable. I don't recall ever having a bad experience in the 15 years I've been going to them, even when myself or my cats havent been the best customers/patients. Highly recommend, I cannot imagine trusting my cats with anyone else.
