Lots of new build houses in this area that were built by st modwens! There is a local school that is situated within a stones throw away from the estate! All still quite new so looks decent but backs onto an older estate that looks a bit old school! Very tight streets to get cars/vans lorries down but close access to the A5 and roads into stoke and Newcastle! Maybe perfect for somebody looking for a house who wants to stay in the area!
