Don't waste your time. Ask to get referred somewhere else. Worst experience ever. They had my referral for 5 weeks, even though it was marked "URGENT" no one contacted me. It was my 5th call to them that I actually spoke to someone. I left 4 messages and sent 1 email and still no one contacted me. 1 star only cos you can't select 0 stars.
Dr Aaron Seet and his dental assistant are very professional and nice however the front desk lady sit in the middle with glasses is very rude and unprofessional today. I have never seen such difficult person before. She requested me to book next appointment at 5pm in the afternoon. I have asked her to book me at another time. She just refused and even didn’t want to check any available appointments in 4 months time. I asked her name because I wanted to make the complaint. She refused to provide her name. Root canal has failed for the second time. Such a scam...my tooth is worth $3000+ but will now just pull it out and bin it.
I must be nuts giving Endodontist a 5 star review there are so many nerves in the mouth that I have to be a sucker for pain. Anyway I am giving a five star review for each of the two occasions I had an appointment at a set time and they were there ready and waiting for me. Dr Damiani is so skillful he must do root canal treatments with his eyes closed, well okay its a good review and I am allowed to exaggerate I think. Both times sitting in the chair and its taken no more than 20 minutes per session and painless. I have unre... read more
