Je tiens à souligner la qualité du soin facial médical Bela MD que j'ai reçu hier avec Simone. C'est une personne attentionnée et à l'écoute. Par ma demande, elle a pris le temps de me nommer les étapes du soin, ce qui est très sécurisant. J'ai particulièrement apprécié son approche personnalisée : elle a ajusté le traitement selon les besoins spécifiques de ma peau plutôt que de suivre une routine mécanique. Un soin professionnel.
I tried to ask and get information on their procedures to be laughed at by the receptionist, and was told to refer to what she was saying, as i was asking questions.. No, not professional at all!!!
