Nice experience. The property manager Mrs. Mcdonald has excellent customer service. Very pleasant and efficient. Very engaging.
Shacreta is the best property manager Victoria Park Jaycees could ever ask for. Not only is she always available and prompt with responses she is actually invested and cares. She has a passion for helping her senior residents and that is very hard to find these days. She hosted a National Night Out and cooked all the food herself. It was a huge variety of food as well. Nothing brings everyone together like a home cooked meal. Thank you so much Shacreta, you hard work does not go unnoticed.
We are thankful for Ms McDonald hosting and putting together an excellent dinner for Easter. Most of the residents attended. Oh it was great. Excellent food, puzzles, prizes and prayer. Most residents don’t have family dinners so this is amazing that we could enjoy a feast. Especially the hunt we had more fun and did things we haven’t done in over 30 years. my name is Mr Clifford Wills I live in 115 at Victoria Park JC's I just wanted to say my landlord gets the job done.
My apartment is next to the machine and laundry rooms, the laundry room hours were from 9:00 am- 9:00 pm before Vesta started managing the property. I complained that tenants were in the laundry room before and after hours and the previous property manager was working with me to find a solution. I complained to the current property manager and she changed the hours from 9:00-9:00 pm to 8:00 am-8:00 pm with the explanation that some people wanted to wash early because they had things to do.
