I've been with this practice for a number of years and they are bar far the best GP I've ever been with, sometimes there is a wait for an appointment but only when it's not critical and can wait. One thing I have negative to say is about the recpetion, its so hot in there and when your unwell having bloods done already feel weak or dizzy the heat is unbearable, I'm hoping when the new recpetion area is open it's cools down, but please make the area normal room temperature please!
Takes a week to get an appointment as routine. The only alternative is going to a walk-in, A&E or just suffering with your symptoms. It’s tragic what’s happened to the NHS and GP practices (everywhere) are at the forefront of that decline.
I know GP surgeries don't always get it right, but I would like to pass my compliments onto the front desk staff who have always been helpful, as well as Dr Green and Unadkat, both of whom have always treated me with respect and taken my various issues seriously. It isn't an easy job, but you do get the genuine impression that they care.
Been registered here for around 5-6 years and it’s always been great, I love that you can book online for appointments they’ve been very helpful!
Very worst GP, often times they find it very hard to pick their calls at the reception. It so annoying you keep calling them for over 45mins saying you are number one on the queue and not picking up. Very annoying. Am changing my GP with my family.
