Very worst GP, often times they find it very hard to pick their calls at the reception. It so annoying you keep calling them for over 45mins saying you are number one on the queue and not picking up. Very annoying. Am changing my GP with my family.
This is by far the best GP health centre I have ever used. The doctors are all super friendly and knowledgeable, the receptionists are all lovely. Thank you so much to all that work there.
Absolutely let down by my own surgery was struggling with breathing difficulties for a year numerous appointments and they dismissed it it’s taken a doctor at a walk in clinic to help me and see something is wrong and has done far more than this place have done for me can never get an appointment absolutely disgusted never known a surgery like it thinking of changing over as I’ve been left to struggle with breathing difficulties and not taken seriously my breathing was so bad yesterday that I near enough ended up in hospital... read more
I feel compelled to review because NHS staff work so hard and don’t often get any praise. This practice has been nothing but fantastic the whole time I’ve been registered here. Making an appointment is so simple online, I’ve always got appointments slot within 1-2 weeks for “non-urgent” things and more pressing matters have been within a week. Blows my mind that the quality of their care is this good when all practices are super stretched. The staff should be extremely proud of what they do for their patients and service use... read more
The Worst GP ever to be registered, you can never book an appointment, if you call they tell you to do online and if you do online you will spend your whole day trying but won,t happen, What a waste I would rate -5 star
