I rarely leave reviews, but needed to share this as it was just unnecessary. I tried calling this place a while back and had a really unpleasant experience with the woman who answered the phone. She was quite rude and dismissive, and I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was having a bad day. However, a few months later my partner called to make an enquiry, and had a very similar experience. I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. The prices were unreasonably high compared to other shops I’ve visited. I don’t mind paying for quality work, but the service I received did not match the amount I was charged. It felt like they were more focused on making money not on a quality of service. The overall service was poor, unprofessional, and not worth the cost. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable car repairs.
I was recommended to go and see Michelle and Brian at VIC Park Auto Care after purchasing a headlight globe for my Hyundai Venue from Repco! Brian advised I had purchased the wrong globe and whilst I was waiting they sent someone to get the correct one and fitted it for me!! Their customer service was second to none and I would highly recommend them!! Very grateful 🙏🏻
