Decent place. Affordable but with caveats. Careful about crime. I've seen people surveying the parking lot areas looking for things to steal. Have heard of cars and car parts being stolen from other members who live here, but that is true for most of Fremont/South Bay. There are areas where water does not drain, causing still water and mosquitoes to breed. If you live here hope that none of your neighbors have blood borne pathogens.
