It was a nice place to live , but this past year the new board has depleted the reserve funds and they voted in a special assessment already! VP had plenting of operating funds and low fees . The board spends money like crazy, with nothing to show for it . It's a gated community, but the gate has been busted for many months You can not swim in the pool , because its green ! $650 monthly HOA fees with nothing to show for it. The place looks like a disaster, the landscaping is the worst of any place I ever lived.
We love the location, the sense of community and the feeling of peace and quiet. Yet walking distance to downtown and the pinellas trail. Great area for biking also,
