Mrs.Oxendine is a very caring person.as someone who suffers from my health issues and especially mental health issues,she cares alot.. i greatly appreciate her and what she does for me.
In regards to my medical provider, I have known her for the past 25years and I have all the faith in her, she has been taking care of my medical needs for the last 25 years and I'm very confident in her medical care for me. Victoria has been like a family member to me. I'm a combat Vietnam Veteran and I suffer from PTSD and she has been better to me than any of the medical providers that I see in the Veterans administration.
