This place is big and the technicians are good, but when you pay so much money to get your nails done, you would expect everything to be symmetrical or very close to symmetrical and you would also expect the nail tech to listen to your concerns and hope that they would try to do right by you and fix the concerns that you bring to their attention Unfortunately that does not happen here. HORRIBLE PEDICURE EXPERIENCE. I usually come here when not able to book at the other establishment in the South Bronx as it’s closer to work. I Usually got my nails done w Angela, who is a lovely lady, or the couple who sits at the front entrance for nails only. I never get my feet done here and yesterday I tried to and it was horrible. I was serviced by Luca. The “technician” was rude, cut my pinkie ( pulled out half with the nail cutter, although I told him as he pulled it that was part of nail bed).
