Found the spec we wanted here and reserved online. Had a call from David within minutes to arrange. He was very helpful and the purchase was sorted within the hour, and collected the car 2 days later once it was taxed. Having been at a VW dealer in the morning, I especially appreciated how relaxing/not pushy it all was! Car has been great so far, will definitely look to use VMC for my next purchase.

Despite walking around the car sales area two or three times looking for a car. Nobody acknowledged our presence. I understand potential customers don’t want to feel pressurised but please just say “hello” and tell us where you’ll be if we need anything/have questions!
Spoke with salesman on the phone who was quite blunt about a 2020 Focus Active Estate. Asked if there was any damage that couldn't be seen in the photos and was told no. Drove from Devon to see it and was a little disappointed as there was a whole drilled in the body to rectify a dent and the dashboard was scratched considerably (didn't notice the dash until I had left as the trade plate was covering it).
