I have never felt so dismissed or unheard by a provider in my life. I came to Dr. Victoria Michaels for treatment of my Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and left feeling like my symptoms and concerns did not matter at all. She performed an ultrasound test to check for swelling, and because it came back showing no swelling at that moment, she acted as if my RA isn’t serious or that I don’t struggle. I found Dr. Michaels experience, recommendation, and referral for a surgeon to be very helpful. She listened when some other providers weren't able to, thought about my problem, and gave me critical input that significantly altered the course of my care. I'm so glad I ended up seeing her the day I did!
My sister has been in and out of this office, just hopeless and discouraged by her autoimmune disease. Has three kids whom are so energetic and can’t keep up with them and has been seeing dr. Micheals for awhile. When hearing that she can’t do anything for them for months or is able to help her in anyway, she seeked other professionals and came back today and got escorted out because she had other opinions (rude). I just saw Dr. Michael’s for possible autoimmune issues. I think she’s fantastic. Spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable explaining everything that had been going on. I highly recommend her.
Extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with on my health issues.
