She abandoned me after convincing me to come to City Of Hope for a 3 month treatment that she specialized in. I texted her when she disappeared thinking maybe she was out sick and she texted back “thank you for reaching out” never heard from her again!
Dr Villaflor is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, intellectual, and has extensive experience in her field. She is so nice, empathetic but strong. She explained the complexity of the very rare cancer and its treatment in a way my family member and I would understand. Most importantly, she completely treated it, zero cancer detection now (knock on wood). She is a true patient advocate, helped us navigate the hospital's occasionally difficult logistic process. She really rocks in every way and I trust her.
They delete reviews constantly. So sad. I’m so upset my mom had to wait a long time for an appointment and had to see this doctor, after waiting 3 hours! She is so entitled and is one of those doctors who seem to have studied a lot just to humiliate others and feel superior. She has no compassion and made my mom cry and feel so bad, please don’t take your loved ones with her. The same day we decided to leave our care with City of “Hope” and took my mom to UC San Diego with much nicer doctors and with a better background. Not... read more
