3 receptionists all sat in their office behind a glass window, and a queue started to form behind me. Not one acknowledged me for approx 5 minutes. Another patient behind me asked why I hadn't been seen to, and then another patient told us all in the queue we have to book in using an electronic computer device which was bolted to the wall. There is a sign explaining this but it's not clearly visible. Staff always very.helpful
Can't get through although I was supposed to be number 1 in the queue I was still waiting to speak to someone after half hour .this is not acceptable. Don't even go to surgery often anyway
