I just had the VERY best experience at Advent Health Victoria Park laboratory (1/9/26 6:15am appt)! The receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) is so kind and helpful! As far as the lab draw goes, I wish Haley (unsure on spelling) could be every patient’s first experience with phlebotomy. It would really change how people feel about bloodwork! I use them regularly and theyre always friendly, helpful and fast.
Put some more chairs back in the waiting area. You can't be that cheap that you needed the chairs from this location for another. The lab and staff are great , but disappointed that you removed some of the waiting room seating
Well $1,800 out of pocket for routine bloodwork, they billed my insurance for over $3,000. The care team was great but I went here on a recommendation of my “Advent” Dr who said it was out of network but only a couple bucks more…. Well we have different perspective of what a couple is. I asked how much the cash price was and the lady just told me she didn’t know and asked if I wanted to still be scheduled. Advent is known to be greedy, yet another example.
