called at 8am and was pleased to get a same-day appointment. However, when I arrived, the doctor was extremely rude. I clearly explained (both on the phone and again in person) that I needed help with my eye and a painful ear infection. Despite this, she told me she could only deal with one issue and refused to prescribe anything for the ear infection. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Go above and beyond to sort out tests and results and appointments. GPs are thorough in listening to symptoms and discussing treatment. Everyone treats you like a person and compared to my previous surgery I’m blown away with the efficiency of the surgery and cleanliness. Think you’re all doing a fabulous job. Thank you :)
About 1 month ago I went to reception to complain about my health issues ( not feeling well for a while ) and said I would like some checking and the receptionist from that date booked an appointment for me, for blood test and blood pressure checking. If the service was being fobbed off I'd give the full 5 stars! The fact that it's almost impossible to see a doctor is absolutely crazy!! What do these guys even get paid for??
