Don't go here. They don't offer in-person appointments even though you'll be able to book one. You turn up and think, okay it's a house. Ring the doorbell. The window in the front room will open. The doctor is an elderly gentleman who talks to you through a slit in the window, while he stays inside. He makes you sit outside, like actually outside. Waste of time! Dr called me 10 mins before my appointment (I was already there) telling me that he was running late and to change the appointment to an hour later. He ended up doing a Telehealth call instead but this was useless as I had an injury I needed a Dr to look at. He was meant to send a referral for a scan but I never received it.

Very disappointing sat outside a window on a chair while I asked a lot of intrusive questions only to be told he couldn’t help me- with my medical certificate for work- because he didn’t know me - I just moved into the area - waste of a morning

Terrible experience trying to get immunisation compliance completed. One conversation through a window, 4 follow up Telehealth’s appointments to get the information required, 2 blood test referrals because initial referral didn’t include all the required tests and finally an incomplete form given to me that didn’t meet the standard required/missed a tonne of information. Incredibly time consuming and inefficient.
