Very disappointing sat outside a window on a chair while I asked a lot of intrusive questions only to be told he couldn’t help me- with my medical certificate for work- because he didn’t know me - I just moved into the area - waste of a morning

Terrible experience trying to get immunisation compliance completed. One conversation through a window, 4 follow up Telehealth’s appointments to get the information required, 2 blood test referrals because initial referral didn’t include all the required tests and finally an incomplete form given to me that didn’t meet the standard required/missed a tonne of information. Incredibly time consuming and inefficient.

I was surprised to find that the consultation was conducted through a small window, requiring me to share my medical history in a space where people passing by could hear. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and I won’t be returning.

you talk to the doctor through a very small window, he said he sent my scripts to my phone and i did not receive them. i’ve tried to call him 3 times to get him to send them to me and left a message. it’s been a week since my appointment to refill my scripts and i still have not received them. Also he has no receptionists it’s just him
