you talk to the doctor through a very small window, he said he sent my scripts to my phone and i did not receive them. i’ve tried to call him 3 times to get him to send them to me and left a message. it’s been a week since my appointment to refill my scripts and i still have not received them. Also he has no receptionists it’s just him
Booked an appointment for 10:15am. Called and no answer. Was sent a text saying come 30 mins later but for the following day. Definitely would not recommend
WARNING- HE GIVES FALSE INFORMATION TO FIT HIS PRO LIFE OPINIONS ON ABORTIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT MATTERS AND GIVES YOU MEDICATIONS THAT DONT EVEN FIT YOUR SYMPTOMS. The doctor comes off as a nice guy but a bit odd that you’re speaking to him through a very small, and i mean very small window… I had trouble even hearing him and when other people came for their appointments they can hear everything you’re talking about. Bulk billed practice, but weirdest setting ever. You literally talk to the doctor through a very small window outdoor. When cars pass through you can hardly hear what the doctor is saying because it’s so noisy. I get the practice is practising covid safe but there are better ways to do this. There are certain things that the doctor needs to ‘touch’ to assess, such as when there is a lump or tenderness in certain areas, but there’s nothing like this because there is no contact between you and the doctor. It wasn’t even open! Came for a morning appointment during opening hours according to Google and the health engine app only to find the door locked and no one answering the phone. Will never come back. What a waste of time!
