I had the same experience as another reviewer. Receptionist “diagnosed” me over the phone. She told me I had chronic hives and there was nothing they could do as far as testing or helping me.
I haven’t even stepped foot into the office, but I would already not recommend to anyone. The receptionist was not only inconvenienced to book my child’s appointment, but also offered unsolicited advice and highly educated claims. My son needs to see an allergist for a peanut allergy and her response was “well, you have the tests already, so I don’t see what else we can do for you” and when I inquired about if they offered immunotherapy, she blatantly said “we do not offer that and I don’t think there is such a thing as beco... read more
